Lovely Apartment Viareggio is a welcoming and bright flat located a short distance from the sea, ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. The flat is equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Its strategic location, close to the renowned location of Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa and Florence, makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the beauty of Tuscany.

The flat located on the second floor of a small building welcomes you with a hallway from which you can access all the rooms of the house.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning (AC), a TV and a dining area to enjoy all your meals.

The first air-conditioned (AC) double room boasts with a standard double bed and a large wardrobe for storing personal belongings.

The second air-conditioned (AC) room has a standard double bed and the bonusof a  bunk bed which can be used as a family room and a large wardrobe.

The two double bedrooms are connected to a single balcony.

The kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare any dish. There is a fridge (with separate freezer), oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine to enjoy a classic Italian espresso.
